This vision continues to be strongly represented, with the motto “quality before quantity” as a basic principle. The faculty is a nationally and internationally desirable innovation partner. The technical studies at the Alpen Adria University of Klagenfurt are most notably characterized by the following five points.

The technical faculty features an attractive and comprehensive range of courses. These include Computer Science, Information Management, Information Technology, Technical Mathematics and the teacher training degrees, all offering meaningful education and a reflective application of technology. - High level of supervision and tuition
The personal, positive relationship between professors and students enables individual supervision, a friendly working atmosphere and close cooperation in small groups. - Internationality
